Requirements

Graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program
One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensed LPN or RN
Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age-related needs of residents
Must be a supportive team member
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor
