Compensation

FT RN Base Pay: $38.99/hr Experience Bonus: Earn an additional $3.00/hr if you've been licensed as an RN for 5+ years (FTRPT).

Ft/rpt

• Shift Differentials RN: 2nd shift 4.00/hr, 3rd shift 2.50/hr, Weekends $3.00/hr.

PRN Rates: Starting at $44.57-$51.96/hr. Rewarding Weekend Program: $56.52-$59.98/hr every SaturdaySunday, with 8-hour shifts and holiday requirements.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities (full job description available upon hire):

Provide resident care activities to residents who reside in the County of Lehigh skilled nursing facilities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure proper documentation. Develop individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel. Update medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in status and care needs and document in residents' record. Coordinate care with residents and their families. Oversee the performance of nurse aides and support staff. Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment.

Qualifications

CurrentValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA. Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Strong clinical skillsthe ability to assess and prioritize patient needs. Excellent communicationinterpersonal skills.
