HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s Sierra Nevada foothills near Sonora.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
Review patient histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic information
Develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Manage patients throughout the perioperative process
Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately
Support postoperative recovery and pain management
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procedural teams
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
Participate in applicable quality and patient-safety initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification when required
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
