Your Impact as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
Key
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
What You Bring
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
- A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
