Three Rivers Hospice in St. Joseph, MO is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about providing one-on-one care, building meaningful relationships with patients, and helping families through life's most important moments, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Hospice CNA, you'll provide personal care and emotional support to patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and nursing facilities, helping them remain comfortable and maintain their dignity.

What You'll Do

Read the full posting
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
  • Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.
  • Work closely with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and the rest of the interdisciplinary hospice team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Previous healthcare experience required; hospice, home health, or long-term care experience is preferred.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
