Details Home Health setting supporting Providence Oregon locations transitioning to HCHB PointCare Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Contract includes three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live support During training phase, in-person attendance required Tuesday-Thursday with virtual sessions Monday and Friday Role focuses on precepting and providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff rather than full bedside care May provide ride-along support during implementation phase Requirements Oregon LPN license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others
