Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Care Exp Required | Morning shift BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a key clinical team member delivering high-quality care throughout Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina counties. This role supports new client admissions, urgent staffing needs, skilled nursing visits, and ongoing case management. We are looking for a flexible, dependable nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements

Current unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience
Minimum one (1) year of case management experience
Current CPR certification
BLS Certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
