The L. P. N. functions in a team relationship in order to contribute to the nursing process in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Performs direct and indirect patient care functions. Provides care and cleaning of specific equipment, stocking of supplies and equipment and the transportation of patients and other duties as assigned.
