Facility Licensed Nurse (LPN) – Full Time with Benefits Position Overview The Facility Licensed Nurse (LPN) is a full-time position working three 12-hour day shifts per week (36 hours) at our Pediatric Day Health Center in Harrisburg, PA. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct patient care in a fun, team-oriented pediatric setting while building specialized pediatric nursing skills. Schedule: 3 12-hour day shifts per week (36 hours) Monday–Friday No nights, weekends, or holidays Location: 353 Markle Drive Harrisburg, PA 17111 Essential Job Functions: Monitor and document patient status through ongoing observation and assessment. Identify patient care priorities to ensure quality nursing care. Notify the RN of changes in patient status, new physician orders, or changes in the plan of care. Implement physician orders and communicate patient status updates. Accurately document all nursing care provided. Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania LPN license. Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (or obtain during orientation). Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation.
