About the employer
Premier Home Health Providers Inc.
Hiring organization
You pack the bag or the laptop and go to someone in Calistoga — or you sit with the OASIS: start of care, recert, follow-up, transfer, discharge, then ICD-10 and the Medicare checklist. Premier Home Health Providers is a home…
What reviewers appreciate
- Per-diem RN work in Calistoga posted at $110–$130 per visit for OASIS and home health documentation
- Flexible schedule; RN ads are per diem, with some boards also listing part-time or full-time
- Mix of OASIS chart review and field home health in Calistoga, Napa, Sonoma, and Marin
What reviewers flag
- RN jobs require an active California license, one to two years of home health, and OASIS/ICD-10 knowledge
- Job boards disagree on the unit for RN pay — employer text says per visit, Indeed labels a year, Jooble says per hour
- Paid sick days, bereavement leave, and mileage are listed on a physical therapist posting, not confirmed for RN roles

Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through the differentials?
- What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
