Skill Set Most recruited for
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Time Management and Efficiency (Fast paced unit with short LOS) Teamwork Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Background in post op surgical areas (i.e. vascular, bariatric, urology, general surgery, colorectal, and general surgery)

- Maintenance of post op surgical procedure sites
- Wound care i.e. packing, dressing changes, wound vac maintenance
- Foley Catheter care- Continuous bladder irrigation
- Ostomy appliance changed and maintenance
- Nasogastric Tube insertion and suction

- Central Line Care and dressing changes
- Bedside Shift Report
