LPN Responsibilities &

Qualifications

Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing

Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not required

Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders

Monitor residents’ health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care

Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance
