Responsibilities include administering skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching the patient, family, and other members of the health care team, and performing services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, licensed in the state where they currently practice, and possess a valid state driver license. Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law and have dependable transportation in good working condition. Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. Education and experience, preferred: Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
