Registered Nurse (RN) requirements
- Must have at least one year of medical/surgical and/or critical care nursing experience
- Case management experience in home care a plus
- Valid California RN license
- Willing to visit patients in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all staff, physicians, patients, families of the healthcare team
- Effective problem-solving skill and good analytical skills
Pay: $91,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
