Schedule Options
Full-Time RN
12-hour shifts
- Tuesday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Part-Time RN
1*_ 0-hour shifts:*_
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Prn RN
PRN nurses must
- Work a minimum of 6 shifts every 6 weeks , including at least 1 weekend shift during that period.
- Participate in 1 on-call rotation per quarter .
- Work 1 major holiday per year .
- Successfully complete required onboarding and clinical training within 2–3 weeks of hire .
Available PRN shift options include
8-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
10-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 12:00 PM–10:00 PM
Shift availability may vary based on patient needs and business demands.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
- Implement physician-ordered treatment plans and plans of care using established nursing protocols.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the patient's plan of care and nursing standards.
- Perform nursing skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Arizona Nurse Practice Act.
- Follow BrightStar Care policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity and quality of care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing compassionate, professional care.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
- Home health experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Current TB skin test or chest X-ray.
- Valid driver's license.
- Active auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel to patient homes throughout the service area.
