We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wellsville, New York. As a CNA, you will provide supportive services to our nursing staff and residents, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort in our rehabilitation and nursing center.

Responsibilities

  • Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned
  • Assists residents with or performs activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures
  • Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
