Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
- Previous experience in staff education, staff development, or nursing leadership preferred
- Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory requirements, and infection control standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor, educate, and motivate staff effectively
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach
