Nurse Manager for Rapidly Growing Home Health Agency

As a result, we are adding a full-time Nurse Manager, responsible for Passaic & Western Bergen Counties, to our team. The ideal individual will possess a unique blend of clinical, administrative, and people skills, and will be a key member of our leadership team focused on serving our clients, maintaining clinical standards, and growing our business.

What you will do

• Client assessments.

• Opening new cases, both skilled and personal care.

• Care plan development and updates.

• Client file review and maintenance.

• Engage with clients as needed.

• Perform supervisory visits.

• Caregiver competencies.

• Caregiver orientations.

• Assist with RN/LPN hiring and oversight.

Qualifications for our Nurse Manager role

• Current unrestricted nursing (RN) license in New Jersey.

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience.

• Home care experience a plus.

• Possesses the ability to motivate, supervise and direct team members.

• Has exceptional nursing assessment skills.

• Understands and practices accepted professional standards of practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally in Passaic and W. Bergen counties.

• Wants to add value to a business and grow with that business!

This is a full-time role based ideally in our Wayne, NJ office. You will have responsibility for a large and growing area, including Wayne, Mahwah, Ridgewood, Pompton Plains, Glen Rock, Saddle River, Wanaque, Montville, Little Falls, Wyckoff, Totowa, Clifton and more.

This is not a hybrid or remote role.
