Schedule
¾ 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | EVO Weekend

What You’ll Do
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide quality care while working within your scope of practice:
- Deliver hands-on patient care and monitor patient condition and progress
- Administer medications according to established standards and procedures
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Perform nursing assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Assist with emergency care and use sound clinical judgment
- Communicate and collaborate with providers and other members of the healthcare team
- Follow applicable state scope-of-practice guidelines and correctional healthcare protocols
