Nurse- LPN/RN Day Shift 7a-7p

Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, located in St. Clairsville, Ohio provides short term, long term and specialized services to individuals needing Skilled Nursing services and rehabilitation. Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being. Starting pay based on experience is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs. Typical schedule is 2 12-hour shifts a week. Flexible employment options available including Part Time, PRN, and a Weekend Warrior program. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient health, assisting in care plan development, performing assessments, educating patients and families, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting patient progress in electronic health records.
