Advanced Aesthetic Injector

LaserTouch MD is seeking an experienced aesthetic RN injector to join our luxury regenerative aesthetics practice. We’re looking for someone with excellent technique, sound clinical judgment and a warm, professional approach to patient care.

This position offers paid six-hour shifts and the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility, leadership and a potential future partnership.

Your

responsibilities

• Provide neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments within your authorized scope and established clinical protocols.

• Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical oversight team.

• Deliver thoughtful, natural-looking results while prioritizing patient safety.

• Maintain accurate charting, consent forms, treatment photography and follow-up.

• Educate patients about appropriate treatments, aftercare and ongoing maintenance.

• Support practice growth through strong patient relationships, teamwork and occasional educational content or clinic events.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN licensure authorizing practice in Arkansas.

• At least two years of hands-on neurotoxin and dermal filler experience.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your own injectable work.

• Knowledge of facial anatomy, treatment safety and complication recognition and response.

• Dependability, attention to detail and excellent communication.

• PRP/PRF and regenerative aesthetics experience preferred.

Compensation and growth

• $45$60/hour starting base pay.

• Paid scheduled six-hour shifts, including consultation and documentation time.

• Paid clinic onboarding.

• Performance and growth review after 90 days. quartlyerly sales bonuses.

• Potential advancement into a lead injector role.

For the right candidate, we are interested in developing a long-term partnership track with defined milestones and a possible future ownership buy-in. Partnership is subject to eligibility, mutual agreement and separately documented terms.
