About this role
Field Team Partner - CareScout's Field Team independent contractor position. Complete cognitive and functional assessments for older adults in their home. Conduct assessments of long-term care insurance policyholders. The entire assessment usually takes 60-90 minutes and includes collecting information on the insured's current and past medical history, documenting the insured's functional and cognitive levels, administering a short cognitive exam, and leading the insured through a short demonstration activity.
