Position Summary
Summary:
The psychology intern implements individual, group and family treatment modalities under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. They may work with patients throughout the continuum of services including inpatient, outpatient and partial hospital program. The psychology intern is also responsible to assist in the implementation and evaluation of performance improvement projects.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• Masters Degree.
• Doctoral candidate in a Clinical Psychology Program (PsyD or PhD); with documentation of current enrollment (Official Transcript)
Experience And Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Speaks, reads and writes English
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program for clinical psychology (PsyD or PhD).
License/Certifications
• Mandated OMH documentation:
o Mandated reporter attestation
o Code of Conduct

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn
• Travel between sites as needed.
