*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team.   • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories.
  • Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and medication management.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks to document patient care activities thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Assist with complex procedures such as suturing, catheterization, tube feeding, and sterile processing to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Manage acute pain and provide specialized care in settings like ICU, trauma centers, or emergency rooms with Level I or Level II trauma experience.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
  • Support infection control protocols and adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

*Requirements*

  • Valid RN license in the state of practice with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Proven experience in diverse clinical environments such as hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or outpatient clinics.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation and patient records management.
  • Ability to perform physical examinations, venipuncture (phlebotomy), IV insertion, sterile technique, and specimen collection/processing.
