Schedule
Rotating shift | PRN
Salary range: $49.00 - $51.00 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes
- Coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well-coordinated patient care
- Execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
