Responsibilities

*

• Deliver *wound care and conduct assessments* in patients’ homes
• Administer *non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound therapy* (training provided)
• Take *vitals, evaluate patients, and document care progress*
• Communicate clearly with *patients, families, and healthcare providers*
• *Travel locally within assigned areas* (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements

*

• *Active Texas LPN license*
• *BLS*
• *Proof of TB within last 12 months*
• *Minimum 1 year clinical experience (wound care or home health preferred)*
• *Strong skills in communication and documentation*
• *Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally*
• *Clear background check and drug screening*

Monday through Friday, daytime hours only*

• *No nights, weekends, or on-call*

Compensation

• *$35–$40 per hour* (full-time salaried)
• *Benefits eligible after 60 days* of full-time employment
