- Deliver *wound care and conduct assessments* in patients’ homes
- Administer *non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound therapy* (training provided)
- Take *vitals, evaluate patients, and document care progress*
- Communicate clearly with *patients, families, and healthcare providers*
- *Travel locally within assigned areas* (mileage reimbursed)

- *Active Texas LPN license*
- *BLS*
- *Proof of TB within last 12 months*
- *Minimum 1 year clinical experience (wound care or home health preferred)*
- *Strong skills in communication and documentation*
- *Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally*
