As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our guests, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our guests receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Developing and implementing effective care strategies that promote healing, independence, and overall well-being
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including charts, reports, and other documentation
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
