The Mission

The mission of the Nurse Supervisor, Care Management is to provide elite, Associate Director-level leadership to the Care Management Department. In this critical role, you will blend high-level clinical oversight with hands-on team leadership, serving as a driving force for workforce stability, patient advocacy, and operational excellence. This role offers the perfect synergy of leadership and clinical expertise, allowing you to optimize department performance and guide your team to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes while maintaining an excellent professional work-life balance.
