About this role

This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's polices.

  • Accredited nursing program (required)
  • College Degree - 4 year Nursing (preferred)
  • RN - Registered Nurse License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing (required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA within 30 days of hire or transfer (required)
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - AHA within 12 months of hire or transfer (required)
  • Work experience correlating with Clinical Ladder level (required)
  • Bilingual skills preferred
