Registered Nurse

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, adhering to established standards and practices. Assess, monitor, and manage patient pain and perform procedures as ordered, documenting care thoroughly. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and deliver compassionate care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote understanding and self-management. Serve as an advocate, supporting organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: RN licensure required; specific certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and trauma courses must be obtained within specified timeframes. Minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
