Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 nursing support for a student in Longmont, CO. This role focuses on providing hands-on care throughout the school day, including transportation support. Why Join Us Competitive pay up to $40/hour + consistent weekly schedule 1:1 support position for focused, meaningful care W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 nursing support to a student Perform trach care, suctioning, and G-tube support Assist with safe transfers, including on and off the school bus Monitor the student’s health status and respond to medical needs Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans Support the student’s ability to safely access and participate in school throughout the day What We’re Looking For Active Colorado State LPN license or Compact Multi-State Nursing License Experience with trach care, G-tube, and suctioning required Pediatric experience strongly preferred Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check Reliable, attentive, and comfortable providing 1:1 care Strong communication and collaboration skills About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
