Your Impact
As our Registered Nurse, here’s what you will be responsible for
Deliver high quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies using sound clinical judgment. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Uphold Ashley's core values of compassion, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions.
What You Bring
Current RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state). Minimum 1 year of experience in Med-Surg, ICU, or ER settings. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
