Camp Laurel, one of New England's premier co-ed, residential camps, seeks Registered Nurses with great warmth, nursing skills, and communication skills to be an integral part of our well-staffed medical team. Recent RN grads are welcome to apply.
Our team consists of a Resident Doctor, Health Center Coordinator, Nurse Manager, Medication Nurse and Staff Nurses. You’d join a team with great organization and longevity in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
Our nurses rotate shifts throughout the summer and generally work 9 hours a day, six days a week.
Nurses perform six basic functions
- [1] caring for ill or injured patients who are admitted to the Health Center
- [2] handling "health calls" throughout the day
- [3] sorting and administering medication to campers
- [4] responding to any incident which may arise at camp
- [5] maintaining health logs for each camper and staff member
- [6] encouraging and promoting health maintenance and accident prevention
Pay: From $1,200.00 per week
