- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes
- Provide direct nursing care and support daily wellness
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support and guide caregiving staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
*What You Bring*
- Active *LPN license in the state of Ohio*
- Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
