Travel RN - Neonatal ICU

Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Jul 6, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring at least 2 years of NICU experience, Level 3 or 4 NICU background, and availability to work every weekend with floating responsibilities.

3x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00) Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) plus one additional weekday shift per week Floating required to other hospital departments and to a sister campus NICU, all within a 12-mile radius Holiday coverage required Epic EMR experience preferred Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license required at time of consideration — pending licenses are not accepted Current certifications required: PALS (American Heart Association) and BLS — pending certifications are not accepted NRP preferred Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience required Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience required Recent travel nursing experience preferred Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration Two professional references from a supervisor level or higher, completed within the last 12 months, required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply This is a nicotine-free campus and candidates will be tested for nicotine Minimal to no RTO will be considered for this position
