Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nurse supervisor and other healthcare professionals

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

New graduates and experienced LPNs encouraged to apply
