With over 20 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care. * Compensation: *Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered * WHAT WE OFFER: * * *Functional Medicine Training & Mentorship: *Comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training in functional and integrative medicine to support professional growth in OnePeak’s care model * *Work-Life Balance:* No nights or weekends, 4 day work week with flexible schedule * *Provider-Focused & Strong Clinical Support:* Administrative, coding, and billing support provided, with dedicated medical assistant and medical scribe support available * *Compensation & Benefits*: Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), 401(k) with 4% company match, up to 4 weeks PTO, and malpractice insurance covered by OnePeak Medical *RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * * Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments * Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions * Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions * Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles * Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff * Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner * Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions * Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * * Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain) * Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty * Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine * Excellent communication and patient relationship skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus) Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
