About this role

Part-time Registered Nurse position in the Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Saint Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT. The 28-bed unit provides specialized care for preterm and term neonates requiring additional medical and surgical management. Responsibilities include attending births, caring for infants with medical complications after birth, monitoring infant health, educating new parents on infant care including breastfeeding and safety, and contributing to quality nursing care through performance improvement. Minimum

qualifications

graduation from accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), current Connecticut RN license, BLS CPR certification (ACLS preferred). Minimum 2 years NICU experience required for Per Diem. Acute Care, Medical-Surgical or Maternity experience preferred.
