Registered Nurse (RN)- All Shifts are available (Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply)

Duties

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Perform infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Assist with the sterile processing of medical equipment and instruments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care.
• Support individuals with special needs and ensure their safety and well-being.

Experience

• All shifts are currently available.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is preferred.
• Compensation will be based on years of experience.
• A full weekend every other weekend if full-time,
• One full weekend per month if part-time (less than 30 hours/week), or
• As needed if PRN.
