About this role
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Perform infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Assist with the sterile processing of medical equipment and instruments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care.
- Support individuals with special needs and ensure their safety and well-being.
Experience
- All shifts are currently available.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is preferred.
- Compensation will be based on years of experience.
- A full weekend every other weekend if full-time,
- One full weekend per month if part-time (less than 30 hours/week), or
- As needed if PRN.
