Responsibilities
The RN Critical Care Transport provides specialized nursing care for critically ill patients, performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring patient status, and implementing evidence-based interventions in a high-acuity environment. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned.
All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or critical care setting.
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
