About this role
*3 days a week, 36 hours*
- Provide comprehensive or emergent nursing care to *adult and geriatric patients*.
- Manage patient care in a *1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio*, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatment.

- Educate patients and families on discharge plans, recovery goals, and medication management.
- Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed to support patient care demands.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in alignment with facility policies and professional nursing standards.
