Mountain Top Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate PRN Registered Nurses to complete in-home non-skilled nursing visits, caregiver trainings, supervisory visits, assessments, and related documentation.

We are currently hiring for multiple service areas . This position is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working independently, enjoys flexible PRN work, and has a heart for serving the aged and disabled population.

Job

Responsibilities

  • Complete in-home non-skilled nursing visits
  • Provide caregiver training and education as needed
  • Complete supervisory visits and related follow-up
  • Assist with assessments and care-related documentation
  • Communicate member/client needs or concerns to office staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Support quality care for aged and disabled individuals in the home setting

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
  • Experience working with aged and disabled individuals preferred
  • Home care, waiver, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
