Mountain Top Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate PRN Registered Nurses to complete in-home non-skilled nursing visits, caregiver trainings, supervisory visits, assessments, and related documentation.
We are currently hiring for multiple service areas . This position is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working independently, enjoys flexible PRN work, and has a heart for serving the aged and disabled population.
Job
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home non-skilled nursing visits
- Provide caregiver training and education as needed
- Complete supervisory visits and related follow-up
- Assist with assessments and care-related documentation
- Communicate member/client needs or concerns to office staff
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Support quality care for aged and disabled individuals in the home setting
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Experience working with aged and disabled individuals preferred
- Home care, waiver, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and professionally
