The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for rooming patients, supporting triage and procedures, and helping coordinate daily workflow. This role requires a strong multitasker who is a dependable team resource and can help distribute workload as needed. The Clinic RN provides quality nursing care in accordance with applicable nursing standards and Bellin Health policies and procedures while working collaboratively with the care team to support safe, effective patient care.
Team-based care is a healthcare delivery approach where a group of healthcare professionals provide comprehensive care to patients. The goal of team-based care is to improve patient outcomes, enhance the quality of care, increase patient satisfaction, and optimize the use of healthcare resources by leveraging the expertise of each team member.
