ProMedix Health is a virtual care platform delivering chronic care management programs to Medicare patients in partnership with primary care physician groups and healthcare systems. Looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team. This is a hands-on nursing leadership role responsible for the performance, quality, and compliance of clinical staff as they deliver virtual chronic care management to a Medicare patient population.
