The ideal candidate will provide immediate and high-quality care to patients with urgent and critical medical needs while working closely with physicians and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
*
- Perform rapid patient assessment and triage based on acuity
- Provide emergency care for trauma, cardiac, and acute medical cases
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes quickly
- Collaborate with physicians, EMTs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document patient care and treatment plans
- Maintain patient safety and follow ER protocols and standards

Requirements
*
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of ER or acute care experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or willing to obtain
- Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
