Position
- Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
- Service Area: Broward County only
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes according to the established plan of care.
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and reassessments.
- Monitor patient condition and identify changes requiring intervention or communication with the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the RN's scope of practice.
- Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, disease management, safety, and self-care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete accurate, timely, and appropriate clinical documentation.
- Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary communication.
- Follow agency policies and procedures and applicable Medicare, Florida, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety practices.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Provide compassionate, culturally respectful, patient-centered care in the home environment.

- Current and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license .
- Current BLS/CPR certification .
- Ability to provide safe and effective nursing care independently in the home setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
- Ability to complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

- Current BLS/CPR Certification

- Immunization/Vaccination Records
- TB screening documentation, if applicable
- Any other required healthcare licenses, certificates, registrations, or credentials applicable to the position
