What You Will Do
Direct Behavioral Care: Provide specialized patient care following facility policies and established clinical procedures. Assessment & Planning: Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments to develop nursing care plans aligned with master treatment goals. Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to refine age-specific goals and clinical interventions. Therapeutic Implementation: Execute nursing care plans and facilitate or co-lead patient group therapy sessions. Evaluation & Revision: Monitor intervention outcomes and collaborate with the team to adjust care plans based on patient progress.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Sourced from a public job board.
