*Job Summary* We are a fast-growing home care agency seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. - Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Nannying and Childcare
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor client health conditions through patient observation.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients when necessary.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document client progress and any changes in health status accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities as needed.
*Experience*
- Familiarity with patient care techniques, including first aid.
- Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, childcare or related field preferred ( 1 year minimum)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong observational skills to recognize changes in client conditions effectively.
- Ability to lift clients safely and assist them in mobility tasks.
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

HCA (Home Care Aid) - Required (We will assist with registration if needed)
Driver's License – Required
TB test result
CPR

Caregiver must have a car that is insured.
