The Nurse Network is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable *Registered Nurse* to provide one to one nursing care for a student in the Thompson, Connecticut area. This position is a per diem substitute opportunity providing coverage as needed, with the potential to transition into an ongoing school year assignment.

*Responsibilities*
- Provide one to one skilled nursing care for a student throughout the school day.
- Monitor the student's condition and respond appropriately according to the individualized plan of care.
- Perform tracheostomy care and administer G tube feedings as needed.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the student.
- Communicate effectively with school personnel, family members, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders and nursing standards.
*Qualifications*
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
- Current CPR or BLS certification required
- Tracheostomy care experience required
- G tube experience required
- Minimum of one year of pediatric or home care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
