As our Float Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float Team, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality care that supports our patients' well-being and recovery, with a positive attitude and reliability. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You will be expected to collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement, and patient advocacy.
Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes. Implements care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner. Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies.
Evaluates the effectiveness of care given by health care team members. Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and providers. This position floats to 2 levels of care in 1-2 facilities and is paid a 15% differential (of the base hourly rate).
